Respected Sir/Madam, I, Shubham (Roll No. 231272004010), student of B.Sc. Non-Medical, 4th Semester, MNS Government College, wish to bring to your kind notice that I have secured 19 marks in the subject “Mechanics” in the recent examination, whereas the minimum passing marks for this subject are 20. I am falling short by only 1 mark. As per the University rules regarding awarding of grace marks (up to 5 marks in one subject), I kindly request you to grant me 1 grace mark in Mechanics so that I may be declared Pass. I have also submitted a written application to my College Exam Branch regarding the same. I would be highly obliged if my request is considered at the earliest. Thanking you for your kind attention.
