To, Subject: Complaint regarding pending First Semester DMC (M.Sc. Computer Science, Batch 2019) Respected Sir/Madam, I am Ananya Samal, a student of M.Sc. Computer Science (Batch 2019) from Vaish College. I passed my First Semester examination on 02 March 2022, but in the result, my parents’ names were mentioned incorrectly. I had submitted a correction form at the university for the same. However, even after submitting the correction form, I have not yet received my corrected DMC. I have already complained twice earlier, and also registered an online complaint (Complaint No. 3260), but now it shows “No data found” on the website. It has been almost four years, and my DMC is still pending. I am attaching the necessary documents for your reference.
