I am writing to formally request your intervention and assistance in the retrieval and issuance of my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) academic documents.

I successfully completed my B.Ed. degree requirements. My second year examination (rescheduled due to Corona virus pandemic) was held in April, 2021, and the result was subsequently declared. I currently do not possess the copy of the result.

Due to personal reasons, I was unfortunately unable to collect the following crucial documents at the time of their original issuance:
1. Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) for B.Ed. Second Year
2. Original B.Ed. Degree Certificate

I have recently visited the college and university premises regarding this matter. However, the staff at both the college and the university informed me that the aforementioned DMC and Degree Certificate are not currently held in their possession/records, making it impossible for me to obtain them.

As these documents are essential for my career progression and higher education prospects, I humbly and urgently request you to:
1. Intervene in this matter and direct the relevant department to locate and issue my Detailed Marks Certificate (Second Year) and Original Degree Certificate at the earliest.
2. Provide detailed information regarding the standard operating procedure (SOP) for the retrieval and re-issuance of original academic documents that are not readily available in the current records.

I am prepared to complete any necessary formalities, submit required identification, and pay any prescribed fees for the issuance of these documents.
