Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request urgent help regarding a serious technical issue
related to my BA 2nd Year (Private) exam form.

I have completed my 12th from Delhi Board and I am now pursuing BA
(Private) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

During First Year, my Migration Certificate was processed and the
migration remark is already printed on my 1st year marksheet.

However, while filling BA 2nd Year (Private) exam form, the portal was
showing:
“You are not eligible for this exam form, but you are eligible for Ex Exam Form.”

Because of this system error, I was forced to submit the Ex Exam Form.
Later, when I submitted the printout at my college (LR College), they
clearly stated that I am a Regular/Main candidate and my Main Exam Form
must be submitted, not Ex Form.

As per college instruction, I visited CCSU Meerut and submitted all
required documents for correction and migration data update.
Your office staff also wrote on the form that I am BA 2nd Year (Private),
Main Exam candidate, and confirmed that the update would be done
within two days.

I also submitted my complete Migration Certificate details again.

But till today, the portal is still not updated and the same error is
showing. Due to this, my college is refusing to accept my exam
form and I am afraid that my academic year may be wasted.

I humbly request you to kindly check and update my record manually
and enable the Main Exam Form option at the earliest.
