I am writing to bring to your kind notice that I have not yet received my Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) for the 1st and 6th semesters, along with my final graduation degree.
I completed my graduation 1and a half year ago and I have successfully completed all the required examinations and formalities.
However, despite this, the above-mentioned documents are still pending. These documents are very important for my further studies and employment.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and issue my pending DMCs and graduation degree at the earliest.
I shall be highly obliged for your prompt action.
