Respected Sir/Madam,
I am highly dissatisfied with my result in Communication Skills. I have been awarded only 9 marks out of 80, which does not reflect my actual performance. I suspect a totaling error or an oversight in checking, especially since I had a re-appear in this same subject previously and prepared very well this time.
