Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay in Issuance of DMC
Respected Sir/Madam,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to bring to your kind notice that I have successfully completed my course in 2022, but I have not yet received my DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate) for the final semester.
My details are as follows:

I would also like to inform you that I have been continuously visiting both the college and the university for the past 3 years regarding this issue, but no proper resolution has been provided so far.
Furthermore, I had submitted a complaint form in the university on 20 January, with Diary Number 156, but no action has been taken yet.
It has been a long time since the declaration of results, and my DMC is still pending. Due to this delay, I am facing serious difficulties in further studies and job applications.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and issue my DMC at the earliest.
If no action is taken soon, I may be forced to take further necessary steps regarding this matter.
