Subject: Request for Issuance of DMC and Degree Certificate
Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit that I am a student of B.Ed. 2nd Year (Session 2022–24) from Govt. college of Education, CBLU Bhiwani. My name is Manjeet Kaur.
I appeared in the B.Ed. 2nd Year examination, but I was declared “Re-appear” in one subject. After that, I filled the re-evaluation form, and the revised result declared me “Pass”. However, despite the updated result, I have still not received my DMC and Degree Certificate.
Therefore, I kindly request you to issue my DMC and Degree Certificate at the earliest.
