Subject: Application for Issuance of 5th and 6th Semester DMC
Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully state that I am Monu a student of B.Sc., Roll Number 201362004102. My 6th semester result was declared on 27/08/2024, but till today, i.e., 21/05/2026, I have not received the DMCs of my 5th and 6th semesters.
I have contacted the college/university several times regarding this matter, but my issue has still not been resolved. Due to the non-issuance of my DMCs, I am facing difficulties in further studies, job applications, and other important work.
Therefore, I kindly request you to issue my 5th and 6th semester DMCs as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful to you for your kind consideration.
