Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sapna Yadav, daughter of Shri Hariom, was a student of BA at Chaudhary Bansi Lal Government Women College Tosham under Chaudhary Bansi Lal University.
In the 1st and 3rd semesters, I had a Re-appear in Mathematics, which I have successfully cleared in 2025. However, the original 1st and 3rd semester results/DMCs (showing marks of all subjects and Mathematics as Re-appear at that time) are not available on the university portal and cannot be downloaded.
I now require these result records/DMCs for obtaining my Provisional Degree and for further admission purposes. Therefore, I kindly request you to retrieve the records from the university examination database and issue the certified copies of the 1st and 3rd semester results/DMCs or provide the necessary documents required for the same.
I shall be grateful for your prompt action.
