“Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to report an error in my reappear examination result. I had reappear in three subjects: Business Mathematics, Human Value and Ethics, and Office and Spreadsheet Tools Learning.
I appeared in the reappear examination for all these subjects and my result has been cleared. However, in the reappear result, (MW) is showing in Business Mathematics and Human Value and Ethics.
Also, in Office and Spreadsheet Tools Learning (Practical), I appeared in the practical examination and I was present, but my reappear result is showing Absent in the practical, which is incorrect.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and make the necessary correction in my result.”
