Request for Correction in First Semester Result
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding my examination results and subject records. In my first year, I had Mathematics as a subject. However, due to certain issues, I changed my subject to Political Science in the second year.
Since then, I have appeared for all semesters with Political Science as my subject. I have also reappeared for the first semester examination twice.
However, only my first semester result is incorrectly showing Mathematics instead of Political Science, whereas all the remaining semesters correctly reflect Political Science.
I kindly request you to please update my first semester result and correct my subject from Mathematics to Political Science.
I shall be highly grateful for your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
