Respected Sir, My name is Bhupender, and I was a student of M.Sc. Computer Science (Batch: 2019–2021). My Details: Exam Roll No.: 91600602004 I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had received a Re-appear in Mathematics in the 1st Semester, which I later cleared successfully. After clearing the subject, I also received my degree. However, I have received the DMCs for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd semesters only. I have not received my 4th Semester DMC, and when I check my result online, the 4th Semester result is also not visible. I have already submitted an application regarding this issue at Vaish College, but unfortunately, even after the last 4 months, I have not received any update or resolution. At present, I need my 4th Semester DMC to obtain my complete degree documents, as I am planning to change my job. Due to the unavailability of the 4th Semester DMC, I am facing significant difficulties in completing the required documentation. I sincerely request you to kindly look into my case and help resolve this issue at the earliest. I would be very grateful for your support and prompt action.
