Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Amit Singh, and I belong to the MBA 2023–2025 batch. In the 4th semester, I had chosen Hobby Club – Gardening as one of my subjects. However, I could not attend many classes because I had already joined a job. I had informed Dr. Monika Jangra about my situation in advance, but despite this, I was awarded 0 marks in the subject. I discussed the matter with Dr. Monika Jangra and also met our department Dean, Prof. Sunita Bharatwal. She advised me to submit a written application, which I did. Unfortunately, no action was taken. After that, I filled out the re-appear examination form and submitted it to the college. Now the 4th semester result has been declared, but my result is still not available. I have tried contacting the college clerk through calls and messages, but I have not received any response. I am currently working, and I only get Sundays off, so it is very difficult for me to visit the college in person. Earlier, I had also requested Dr. Monika Jangra to update my marks because my company requires me to submit my MBA marksheet, but unfortunately, my request was not considered. I am under a lot of stress because of this issue. I sincerely request you to kindly look into my case and help resolve it as soon as possible so that I can receive my result and submit my marksheet to my employer.
