Subject: Request for issuance of Provisional Certificate/Degree as B.Sc. Non-Medical
Respected Sir
I am a student of B.Sc. Non-Medical under Chaudhary Bansi Lal University. I would like to bring to your kind notice that my course is B.Sc. Non-Medical, in which Computer Science is one of the subjects.
However, there is an inconsistency in my semester results. The results of the 1st and 3rd semesters mention “B.Sc. with Computer”, whereas the results of the other semesters correctly mention “B.Sc. Non-Medical” with Computer Science as one of the subjects.
I respectfully request you to kindly treat my programme as B.Sc. Non-Medical and issue my Provisional Certificate/Degree accordingly. This application is submitted as an assurance that I have studied B.Sc. Non-Medical, with Computer Science as one of its subjects, and not a separate “B.Sc. with Computer” programme.
I shall be highly grateful for your kind consideration and necessary action.
