I am writing to bring to your urgent attention

a technical error in my Mercy Chance result,
which was declared on December 11, 2025.
My name is Sonia, and I appeared for the
Mercy Chance examination to clear my
backlog. While checking my result, I observed
the following:
1. Abstract Algebra: I had a re-appear in this
subject, and the new result correctly reflects
that I have Passed.
2. Communication Skills: I had already passed
this subject in my previous attempts.
However, due to a technical or clerical error,
the new result card shows me as “Failed” in
this subject.
This discrepancy is causing issues with my
final grade card. I request you kindly verify
my previous records regarding the
“Communication Skills” subject and rectify
the current result to reflect my “Pass” status.
