Subject: Grievance Regarding Non-Receipt of Final DMC and Degree Certificate
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am MONIKA, a student of the 2020 batch. I would like to respectfully bring to your kind attention that I have not yet received my 6th Semester Final DMC, which contains the consolidated marks/results of all semesters, as well as my Degree Certificate.
It has been almost three years since the completion of my course, but these important documents have still not been issued to me. The non-availability of the Final DMC and Degree Certificate is causing inconvenience to me, particularly in pursuing further studies and for other official purposes where these documents are required.
I therefore humbly request you to kindly look into my grievance and take the necessary action for issuing my 6th Semester Final DMC (containing the consolidated marks of all semesters) and Degree Certificate at the earliest possible.
I shall be highly grateful for your kind consideration and prompt assistance in resolving my grievance.
