Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit that I appeared in the examination for the concerned subject, but my result incorrectly shows me as Absent.
As proof of my appearance, my admit card clearly contains the booklet number, which confirms that I was present and wrote the examination.
I kindly request you to verify my attendance and answer booklet records and correct my result at the earliest. This error is affecting my academic record and further admission/career process.
