Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully state that I appeared in the examination of B.A. 4th semester, held on (29/05/2026) for the paper 2101403-IT LEVEL -II-T1 However, when the result was declared, my status for this paper was shown as “Absent”, whereas I was present and appeared in the examination.
I kindly request you to verify the attendance record and other relevant examination documents and correct my result accordingly. I am enclosing copies of my admit card and any other relevant documents for your reference.
