To Date: 29 July 2026 Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Issuance of B.Pharmacy DMC Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your kind notice that I have not yet received my B.Pharmacy Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) of 1st(reappear) and 8th sem. I have successfully completed my B.Pharmacy course and am currently pursuing M.Pharmacy. The non-issuance of my DMC is causing difficulties in completing my academic and official documentation.
