Subject: Application for issuance of pending DMCs of BA (Batch 2023-2026) regarding.
Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I wish to state that I am a student of BA (Bachelor of Arts) at Ch. Bansilal Government College for Women, Tosham which is affiliated with CBLU University.My academic batch is 2023 2026.My University Roll Number is 231232001321 and my college roll number is 1230454323.
I would like to bring to state that I have successfully cleared all the examinations for my 1st, 2nd,3rd, 5th and 6th semesters with clear passes.However , till date, I have not received the official, original Details Marks Certificate (DMC) for any of these cleared semesters from either the university or my college. Furthermore, in the recently announced result for the 4th semester has gazette result showing passed and my 4th semester results or status ki shown as reappear in one subject.
I urgently require my original DMCs of the previous semester to maintain my certified educational records and to seamlessly fill out my 4th sem Reappear examination form on time.
Therefore,I humbly request the examinations branch to kindly process and issue my original DMCs for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th semesters along with a provisional internet statement for the 4th semester at the earliest.I will be highly obliged for your quick assistance.
