FORM FOR RE-EVALUATION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS
NOTE:
Step-1: Candidates has to pay the re-evaluation fees of Rs. 600/- per answer book (within 20 days from declaration of result) and Rs. 800/- per answer book (after 20 days and upto 30 days from declaration of the result). Further, No re-evaluation form will be applied after 30 days of declaration of the result.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE SELECT OTHER IN THE OPTION PURPOSE WHILE DOING PAYMENT AND ENTER THE APPLICABLE RE-EVALUATION FEES MANUALLY ON THE PAYMENT PAGE)
Step-2: After payment of applicable re-evaluation fees, the candidates has to fill the Re-evaluation form. (Copy of Aadhaar Card, Result Card, Payment Receipt, Admit Card is to be uploaded with the re-evaluation form)
Candidates are advised to ensure the correct filling of the the re-evaluation form and deposition of the applicable re-evaluation fees. In case of any discrepancy, the re-evaluation form will not be processed.
FEES ONCE DEPOSITED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
IMCOMPLETE/WRONG INFORMATION IN THE APPLICATION FORM WILL STAND REJECTED AUTOMATICALLY.
